Job Description
- To strategize and manage BCM program development
- To develop policies & procedures that improve organizational resilience and ensure regulatory compliance
- To oversee and implement incident response, disaster recovery, and critical infrastructure protection planning
Qualifications
- Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, or any relevant discipline.
- A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Min. of 5 years experience in similar role such as Service Continuity, Organizational Resilience, or Crisis/Risk Management, preferably in banking industry
Skills
- Knowledge of IT systems, data backup solutions, and cybersecurity for financial operations is mandatory.
- Must be able to produce and deliver evaluations, reports, training materials
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills are necessary.
