Job Description

The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the recruitment process for technology, outsourcing, staffing, and business services roles across Aria Holding and its subsidiaries. This role will ensure that the best talent is sourced, identified, and onboarded efficiently to meet the business needs. Additionally, this individual will manage a team of recruiters and HR business partners to deliver recruitment requirements from various departments, business units, and subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for technology, outsourcing, staffing, and business services positions. Collaborate with senior management to understand the hiring needs and workforce planning for the vertical.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of recruiters and HR business partners to deliver recruitment requirements. Provide guidance, training, and support to the recruitment team to ensure high performance.
  • Sourcing and Networking: Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and professional networks. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and local labor laws. Implement and maintain best practices in recruitment and selection.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice through various branding activities. Participate in industry events, career fairs, and other networking opportunities.

  1. Effective Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that meet the hiring needs of technology, outsourcing, staffing, and business services vertical.
    • Maintain a high level of candidate quality and fit.
    • KPI: Time to Fill; Average number of days taken to fill a position from the date the job is posted to the date the offer is accepted.
  2. Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • KPI: Candidate Experience Score; Feedback rating from candidates on their recruitment experience.
  3. Sourcing and Pipeline Management:
    • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline. Develop and leverage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other sourcing channels.
    • KPI: Sourcing Effectiveness; Percentage of hires from different sourcing channels. Number of quality candidates in the talent pipeline.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and senior leadership. Provide timely and accurate recruitment updates and reports.
    • KPI: Offer Acceptance Rate; Percentage of job offers accepted by candidates.
  5. Team Performance:
    • Lead and develop the recruitment team to ensure delivery of hiring needs. Monitor and evaluate the performance of recruiters and HR business partners, providing feedback and support as needed.
    • KPI: Team Performance Metrics; Recruiter productivity in terms of positions filled. Team satisfaction and engagement scores.
  6. Compliance and Best Practices:
    • Ensure adherence to all recruitment-related policies and legal requirements. Implement and promote recruitment best practices.
    • KPI: Recruitment Cost; Average cost per hire, including advertising, agency fees, and other recruitment expenses.
    • KPI: Diversity Hiring; Percentage of diverse hires in line with company diversity goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within technology, outsourcing, staffing, and business services sectors.
  • Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
