Job Description

The Officer – Performance Management is responsible for overseeing and supporting the daily operations of the performance management process for employees across the company and its subsidiaries. This role involves coordinating performance evaluations, assisting in data collection, and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of employee performance. The Officer collaborates with department heads and the HR team to effectively implement performance management programs and maintain compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the performance evaluation process, ensuring timely completion across all departments.
  • Assist in collecting and organizing performance data for analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee performance evaluations and improvement plans.
  • Provide administrative support to the performance management team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and performance management guidelines.

  • Data Collection and Maintenance:

  • Administrative Support:
    • KPI: Provide administrative support with 100% adherence to performance management guidelines.

    • KPI: Ensure a 10% improvement in process efficiency through enhanced administrative support.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and communication skills for collaborating with department heads and HR teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or performance management roles.
  • Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
