Job Description
The Manager – E-Learning Platform is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s e-learning platform. This includes managing content uploads, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that the platform delivers an engaging and seamless learning experience for all employees. The role will also involve working with content developers and IT to implement new features and improve the user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-learning platform, ensuring functionality and accessibility.
- Collaborate with content developers to ensure timely upload and update of learning materials.
- Monitor platform performance and implement improvements to enhance the user experience.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve platform-related issues.
- Analyze user feedback and data to drive continuous improvement of the platform.

- Platform Maintenance and Improvement
- KPI: Ensure 99.9% uptime and availability of the e-learning platform.
- KPI: Implement user feedback with a 90% satisfaction rate for platform usability.

- Content Management and Updates
- KPI: Achieve 100% accuracy in content uploads and updates.
- KPI: Ensure 95% on-time delivery of new content to the platform.

- User Support and Satisfaction
- KPI: Resolve 95% of user support requests within 24 hours.
- KPI: Achieve 90% satisfaction from employees using the platform.

Skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Learning & Development, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in managing e-learning platforms or related technology.
- Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
