Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales strategies/incentive plans to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and tactics.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback.
- Identify and pursue new merchant opportunities within the local market.
- Maintain strong relationships with key merchants and partners.
- Negotiate competitive pricing based on merchant volumes and profitability.
- Manage customer service for merchants, ensuring timely and effective services.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and external regulations related to merchant acquiring activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of commercially sensitive information.
- Enforce company rules, guidelines, and SLAs related to payments, settlements, and merchant eligibility criteria.
- Monitor and report on sales activities and performance against targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely deal closure.
- Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and IT departments for seamless service delivery and compliance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience as a Sales Manager, Director of Sales, or similar role.
