Job Description:
- Manage executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events; prepare agendas and record minutes.
- Prioritize and handle incoming correspondence (emails, letters, calls), ensuring timely responses.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and meeting documents.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing memos, letters, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research and compile data as required.
- Maintain and update files, records, and databases for the executive team.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
- High degree of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Effective teamwork and independent work capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English are required.
