Job Description

  • Engage directly with customers through face-to-face interactions, community events, and sales presentations.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment products.
  • Conduct door-to-door sales activities and organize sales drives in targeted
    areas.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Utilize sales techniques and tools to present the benefits of banking products and services persuasively.
  • Follow up with leads and convert prospects into loyal customers.

Customer Service and Relationship Building:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Educate customers on the benefits and features of banking products and services.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer trends.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and market conditions to position the bank’s products effectively.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies during sales activities.
  • Implement and adhere to risk management practices to protect customer and bank interests.
  • Stay updated on changes in banking laws and regulations affecting sales activities.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work closely with branch managers, sales teams, and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to supervisors.
  •  Participate in training programs to stay current on banking products, services, and sales techniques.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software/tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate customer availability and sales events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years experience in relevant field.
  • Must have valid driver’s license, QID, and NOC.
