Physiotherapist

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Physiotherapist to provide manual therapy, design individualized treatment plans, and lead exercise-based rehabilitation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based physiotherapy treatment for musculoskeletal conditions.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Deliver manual therapy interventions and supervise exercise programs.
• Run group exercise and rehabilitation sessions as part of evolving clinical services.
• Develop and standardize rehabilitation programs and clinical pathways.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest physiotherapy techniques and best practices.

Skills

• Proficiency in manual therapies and treatment planning.
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal rehabilitation in outpatient settings.
• Experience leading exercise groups and standardizing rehab protocols.
• Background in Pilates and/or strength & conditioning preferred.
• Excellent communication, patient management, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in private practice, elite sports, or musculoskeletal outpatient rehabilitation.
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain a Physiotherapy License in Qatar.
• Available to join within 30 days.
