Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to manage and guide a high-performing sales team focused on financial product offerings. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance while ensuring compliance with banking policies and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Monitor daily sales activities and provide performance feedback
  • Assist team members during field visits and client meetings
  • Ensure full compliance with internal banking policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline application processing and approvals
  • Prepare performance reports and contribute to business development strategies

Skills

  • Proven ability to manage, guide, and motivate sales teams in a target-driven environment
  • Skilled in sales planning, performance tracking, and team coaching
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of financial product sales and banking procedures
  • Familiarity with Islamic banking is an advantage

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in banking or financial product sales, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus
  • Full-time position based in Qatar
