Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Cards Portfolio Officer to support credit card lifecycle activities and drive targeted campaigns for customer engagement. This role involves cross-functional coordination, reporting, and continuous product enhancement to improve card performance and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end card portfolio activities including acquisition, retention, and spend activation
  • Coordinate and execute customer segmentation campaigns across multiple communication channels
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports to track business performance and campaign outcomes
  • Support UAT testing and ensure smooth implementation of new features or product upgrades
  • Liaise with IT, Marketing, Operations, and Frontline teams to ensure timely execution of initiatives
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and internal governance

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle management and campaign execution
  • Knowledge of QCB regulations and operational compliance practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in retail banking, ideally in cards portfolio management
  • Prior exposure to UAT, MIS reporting, and cross-team collaboration is preferred
  • This is a full-time role based in Qatar
