Job Description
- Engage directly with customers through face-to-face interactions, community events, and sales presentations.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment products.
- Conduct door-to-door sales activities and organize sales drives in targeted
areas.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Utilize sales techniques and tools to present the benefits of banking products and services persuasively.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into loyal customers.
Customer Service and Relationship Building:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of banking products and services.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer trends.
- Analyze competitor offerings and market conditions to position the bank’s products effectively.
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies during sales activities.
- Implement and adhere to risk management practices to protect customer and bank interests.
- Stay updated on changes in banking laws and regulations affecting sales activities.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with branch managers, sales teams, and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to supervisors.
- Participate in training programs to stay current on banking products, services, and sales techniques.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed and a willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software/tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate customer availability and sales events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years experience in relevant field.
- Must have valid driver’s license, QID, and NOC.
