Job Description

The Performance Management Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the global performance evaluation process for employees across the company and its subsidiaries. This role involves ensuring that performance appraisals are completed on time, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing performance enhancement programs. The manager will work closely with department heads to ensure alignment between performance metrics and business goals, while tracking employee progress and driving overall performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the performance evaluation process for employees across all business units.
  • Ensure timely completion of performance reviews and alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and implement performance enhancement programs for underperforming employees.
  • Track and monitor employee progress against performance targets.
  • Provide regular performance updates to senior leadership and department heads.

  1. Performance Review and Appraisal Management:
    • KPI: Achieve 100% completion of performance appraisals across all business units annually.
    • KPI: Ensure 90% adherence to performance review timelines.
    • KPI: Achieve a 15% improvement in overall employee performance ratings year-over-year.
  2. Performance Improvement Programs:
    • KPI: Implement performance improvement programs with an 80% success rate.
    • KPI: Reduce the number of underperforming employees by 10% annually.
    • KPI: Achieve a 90% retention rate for employees who successfully complete performance improvement programs.
  3. Reporting and Stakeholder Engagement:
    • KPI: Submit performance reports to senior leadership with 100% accuracy and within agreed timelines.
    • KPI: Achieve 95% satisfaction from department heads on the effectiveness of performance management processes.
    • KPI: Ensure 90% participation from department heads in performance review sessions.

Skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in performance management or HR roles.
