Job Description

The Associate – Performance Management is responsible for assisting in the execution of performance evaluation processes and tracking employee performance metrics across all business units. This role involves supporting the performance management team in collecting data, preparing reports, and implementing performance improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the collection and analysis of performance data from various departments.
  • Support the performance evaluation process by coordinating with department heads and employees.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide insights into key performance trends.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee performance evaluations.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  1. Performance Data Collection and Analysis:
    • KPI: Ensure 95% accuracy in the collection and analysis of performance data.
    • KPI: Achieve 90% on-time submission of performance evaluation reports to management.
    • KPI: Identify performance trends and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  2. Performance Review and Coordination:
    • KPI: Assist in completing 100% of performance appraisals within the designated timelines.
    • KPI: Ensure 90% satisfaction from department heads regarding performance review coordination efforts.
    • KPI: Achieve a 5% improvement in employee performance ratings through support activities.
  3. Performance Reporting and Improvement:
    • KPI: Ensure 100% accuracy in performance reports and data submitted to management.
    • KPI: Assist in implementing performance improvement programs with an 85% success rate.
    • KPI: Reduce performance-related issues by 10% through proactive reporting and intervention.
