Job Description

The Recruitment Officer supports the recruitment team by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and administrative tasks. The role focuses on ensuring that the recruitment process is smooth and efficient. The Recruitment Associate also provides input into recruitment strategies and works closely with other team members to ensure hiring goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open roles.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the recruitment system.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including drafting job descriptions and updating recruitment materials.
  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
    • KPI: Ensure 90% of sourced candidates meet job requirements.
    • KPI: Screen candidates within 2 days of sourcing and forward qualified candidates to hiring managers.
    • KPI: Achieve 85% satisfaction from hiring managers on the quality of sourced candidates.
  2. Interview Coordination and Scheduling:
    • KPI: Coordinate 100% of interviews without scheduling conflicts.
    • KPI: Achieve a 95% interview show-up rate.
    • KPI: Maintain 100% accuracy in updating recruitment schedules and records.
  3. Recruitment Support and Compliance:
    • KPI: Provide timely administrative support, with 95% of tasks completed within deadlines.
    • KPI: Ensure 100% compliance with company recruitment policies and data management practices.
    • KPI: Contribute to a 10% reduction in time-to-hire through effective support.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for efficient task execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software for candidate tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment or HR administration.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
