Job Description

The AnalystPerformance Management is responsible for analyzing employee performance data and providing insights to improve overall workforce productivity. This role involves conducting in-depth data analysis, generating detailed reports, and identifying performance trends that inform business decisions. The Analyst will collaborate closely with the Performance Management team to ensure performance goals are accurately tracked and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze employee performance data and identify trends or areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports for senior management and department heads.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Management team to develop strategies for improving workforce productivity.
  • Assist in the development of performance metrics and benchmarks.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data analysis.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • KPI: Ensure 100% accuracy in performance data analysis and reporting.
    • KPI: Submit performance reports with 95% on-time delivery to senior management and department heads.
    • KPI: Identify performance improvement opportunities that lead to a 10% increase in employee productivity.
  2. Performance Metrics and Benchmarks:
    • KPI: Develop performance benchmarks with 90% alignment to business objectives.
    • KPI: Maintain 100% accuracy in setting performance metrics for all business units.
    • KPI: Achieve 95% consistency in the application of performance metrics across departments.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • KPI: Achieve 90% satisfaction from department heads and senior management on the quality of performance insights provided.
    • KPI: Present performance data and trends to stakeholders with 100% clarity and relevance.
    • KPI: Engage with business units quarterly to review and refine performance metrics for continuous improvement.

Skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance data analysis or HR analytics.
  • Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
