Job Description

The Trainee Performance Management is an entry-level role that assists the performance management team with administrative and operational tasks. This role provides practical experience in managing performance data, coordinating employee evaluations, and supporting performance improvement programs. The Trainee will gain insights into performance management processes, data collection, and evaluation coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the collection and organization of performance data across departments.
  • Support the performance evaluation process by coordinating schedules and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintain accurate performance records and assist in data entry tasks.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the performance management team.
  • Learn and understand the company’s performance management policies and procedures.

  1. Data Collection and Entry:
    • KPI: Ensure 95% accuracy in performance data collection and entry.
    • KPI: Maintain performance records with 100% compliance with company policies.
    • KPI: Provide timely support for data entry tasks with 95% on-time completion.
  2. Performance Evaluation Support:
    • KPI: Assist in completing 100% of performance evaluations within agreed timelines.
    • KPI: Achieve 90% satisfaction from department heads in supporting the performance review process.
    • KPI: Reduce evaluation delays by 5% through proactive support.
  3. Administrative Support:
    • KPI: Provide administrative support with 100% adherence to performance management guidelines.
    • KPI: Complete assigned tasks with 95% accuracy and timeliness.
    • KPI: Improve task completion efficiency by 10% over time.

Skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  • 0-1 year of relevant experience in HR or administration (internships or volunteer work can be included).
  • Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
  • Strong interest in developing a career in performance management.
