Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader – Employee Relations to oversee and guide a team managing employee grievances, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations. The role focuses on ensuring fairness, compliance with HR policies, and fostering a positive work environment that supports employee engagement and organizational integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage grievance handling and conflict resolution, ensuring fair and timely outcomes.
- Conduct and oversee workplace investigations with confidentiality, objectivity, and compliance.
- Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards across the organization.
- Supervise and mentor the employee relations team, promoting best practices and continuous development.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven experience in handling grievances and managing sensitive employee cases.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and employee engagement best practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage complex employee relations cases with discretion and sound judgment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in employee relations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
