Job Description

  • Experience in healthcare skills / Clinical experience preferred.
  • Responsible for Calling & Informing patients clinic appointment schedule, answering questions & providing information.
  • Managing large amount of inbound & outbound calls, verifying patient information.
  • BA/BSc/Equivalent higher Diploma from an accredited university in healthcare or computer science or business.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic 
  • Preferred Candidates with QID (Completed one year) + NOC or Family Sponsorship
