- Experience in healthcare skills / Clinical experience preferred.
- Responsible for Calling & Informing patients clinic appointment schedule, answering questions & providing information.
- Managing large amount of inbound & outbound calls, verifying patient information.
- BA/BSc/Equivalent higher Diploma from an accredited university in healthcare or computer science or business.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
- Preferred Candidates with QID (Completed one year) + NOC or Family Sponsorship
