Job Description
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer science or equivalent.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting.
- 1+ years of experience in managing enterprise-wide clinical systems or participation.
- Demonstrated experience in participating in multiple phases of an integrated health system implementation, ideally more than one hospital site.
- Demonstrated experience in developing standards and compliance
- Demonstrated experience in system integration design and delivery in complex environments
- Demonstrated experience in using closed-loop patterns to document and refine the process
Job Specific Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated knowledge of clinical healthcare in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Proficiency in the tools supporting implementation and on-going maintenance, such as Bedrock, LightsOn, and additional technologies that support methodology.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Cerner’s implementation methodology.
- Demonstrated ability to structure and prioritize daily activities.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Must be detailed oriented, organized, and have strong multitasking ability.
- Excellent coordination, facilitation, consultation, conflict resolution interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with HP ALM and Cerner Millennium is required
- Proven technical/application documentation skills and experience
- Knowledge of Playbooks/Model Experience/Process Models
- Knowledge of closed-loop patterns
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in written and spoken English
