Job Description
- Treat customers courteously and with respect; and provide accurate information.
- Maintain smooth, organized, and orderly flow of customer moving in and out of the company premises.
- Receive and register customer queries, concerns and complains, and assist in resolving concerns in an appropriate manner in accordance with company policies & procedures.
Job Requirements
- Open to all Arab Nationals, Male or Female

- Candidates born in Qatar or lived for 10 years in Qatar is a must.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience is required.
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree holder preferred.
