Job Description

  • Review and ensures contracts, agreements and other related documents submitted to the Contracts and Agreement Section are comprehensive, concise and are in compliance with the contracting procedures and guidelines adopted 
  • Assist the Head of Contracts and Agreement Section in reviewing and updating status of on-going tenders and contracts.
  • Monitor compliance of contract requirements and internal procedures, ensuring all conditions are satisfied.
  • Provide analysis of historical data of contracts and provide recommendations and corrective actions to the Head of Contracts & Agreements Section.
  • Maintain and update the contracts information system and retains original records of contract related documents.
