Job Description
- Experience in healthcare skills / Clinical experience preferred.
- Responsible for Booking, rescheduling or cancelling patients’ appointments within department.
- Monitor Clinical Process and system issues related to quality of patient care & Patient Satisfaction
- BA/BSc/Equivalent higher Diploma from an accredited university in healthcare or computer science or business.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
- Preferred Candidates with QID (Completed one year) + NOC or Family Sponsorship
