Zonal Sales Manager

Job Description

  • Responsible for developing sales tactics to accomplish zonal growth targets in accordance with the overall business growth ambitions.
  • Delivery of zone-specific sales targets for post-paid, prepaid, and home products.
  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining sales plans for his respective zones in accordance with the overall sales strategy.
  • Locating business opportunities inside the zone and transforming them into measurable outcomes.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and guide teams in their efforts to enhance the business.
  • Designing and implementing of team’s incentive structures to drive productivity & performance.
  • Ensure that the sales force has received training in sales techniques, people skills, administration, product knowledge, and policy/procedures.
  • Analyzing the current marketplace and providing important market feedback and competitive information to respective leadership.
  • Responsible for the profit and loss of the zone (from the company’s point of view) as well as the profitability of the partner at the zone level.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must have valid QID and NOC.
  • Available to join immediately.
  • At least 3 years experience in relevant field.
