Job Title: Transport Manager

We are looking to hire a Transport Manager to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the day-to-day operations at the appointed Bus Depot.
- Work closely with the scheduling team in the planning phase and then with dispatchers on the ground to ensure all runouts are covered for upcoming operations.
- Ensure a good understanding of smart bus telematics and the information produced by these buses.
- Work closely with the Worker Welfare team onsite ensuring staff issues are addressed and driver hour regulations are adhered to as needed, liaise with the HR team to investigate workforce related matters.
- Manage vehicle issues and ensure these are resolved in a timely manner with the Engineering team and work with the Bus Depot team to meet all agreed KPI’s.
- Knowledge of Bus Depot planning and operations, scheduling, Bus telematics, Staff welfare regulation.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree.
- 3-5 years of experience for managerial role from Transport & Logistics industry.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
