Job Description
- To check the CRM queues for incoming disputes (ATM/QPAY/NAPS) and take action as per the agreed SLA
- To validate time out, failed and excess credit transactions based on internal reports/systems and report the credits to QCB.
- To perform Visa and Master card chargebacks.
Skills Required
- Candidate must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Experience in validating time out, failed and excess credit card transactions based on internal reports / systems and report the credits to QCB is required
- Candidate must have a working experience in checking incoming disputes (ATM, QPAY, NAPS), performing Visa and Master card chargebacks and act as per the agreed SLA
- Excellent Arabic and English communication is mandatory
