  • To check the CRM queues for incoming disputes (ATM/QPAY/NAPS) and take action as per the agreed SLA
  • To validate time out, failed and excess credit transactions based on internal reports/systems and report the credits to QCB.
  • To perform Visa and Master card chargebacks.
