We are looking to hire a Senior Business Performance Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will be responsible for providing professional expertise and support on strategic & operational planning, performance measurement and reporting activities.
- Provide expertise & support to the corporate performance process, both at the strategic & operational level including performance measure selection & reporting.
- Develop business analysis capacity and capability within the company.
- Plan, coordinate communicate and monitor the implementation of performance procedures for the department.
- Ensure high standard of confidentiality to safeguard sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Fluency in written & spoken Arabic & English preferred.
- 5yrs experience in the Health Sector preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent time management.
- Ability to multitask.
- High level numerical skill and data analysis.
Salary Offered 18000 QAR monthly.
