Responsibilities :
- Responsible for end-to-end operations of inventory and sub stores.
- Identify current and potential product shortages, develop and execute recovery, advice interested parties such as item owners, end users, of status and recovery plans.
- Monitor items in Inventory planning and advice on space utilization and shortages, recommending space optimization techniques.
- Organising and ensuring periodical cycle count.
- Identifying and defining stocking policy based on Vital, Essential and Non-Essential (VEN) classifications.
- Monitor non confirmance reports and resolving with Suppliers and stakeholders
- Monitor, calculate and update min max for items based on trend analysis for all individual health centers and CWH.
- Follow up with Logistics stakeholder and suppliers for inbound orders for medical consumables.
- Monitor daily transactions are in line with the agreed policies.
- Obtain clarifications from end users and highlight to the concerned managers if abnormal consumptions are found.
- Maintain tracking sheets for stock out items and initiate temporary resolution and permanent solution. Conduct a root cause analysis where necessary.
- Monitor the stock out items until the issue is permanently resolved.
- Coordinate with storekeepers on a daily basis to understand the requirements and advice item movements to avoid bottlenecks and stock outs.
- Monitor and arrive at a reorder point data for complex items (items which have irregular consumption pattern) to automate the planning within the Oracle ERP system.
- Constant interaction with end user and assessment of demand requirements. Reflect changes in item level forecasts and update procurement strategy.
- Provide periodic reports and requested information such as consumption report for health centers, CWH, to management.
- Monitor inbound stocks for agreed shelf life and the consultant is responsible for issuing out nearest expiry on an ad-hoc distribution plan.
- Mandatory Excel skills for reporting, forecasting, analyzing and reconciliation.
- Maintain a dashboard for items outlining the monthly consumption, monthly average, expiry dates and available stock for health centers.
- Maintain a dashboard for items consumption, health center wise, to track the consumption and report abnormal and irregularities.

- Minimum of five years in SCM operations and support in the public sector.
