Job Description:
- Proactively welcome the customers to the store and get their attention to company’s services.
- Meet customer’s needs through constant support, answer routine questions and fulfill their requirements of related products or services.
- Foster a boastful relationship with customers through sincere interaction.
- Help reach and exceed sales targets
- Cross and upsell products and services at every given opportunity, also carry out demonstrations of devices and accessories
- Take the initiative to stay well-informed to the latest company’s services and phone mobiles features.
- Achieve optimum level of customer feedback through written reports on challenges and inquiries.
- Retain good condition of supplies, fittings, stationery, marketing materials and products in the shop/store.
- Report day-to-day challenges to Retail store Manager incorporating simple recommendations and feedback.
- Report and deliver the daily cash and credit cards vouchers as well for the company’s services, which require applications.
- Meet the work regulations; apparel, looking, behavior & attendance as set by Division Manager.
- Attend constantly the training and coaching session, which set by the management.
- Keep oneself up to date with the latest products & services.
- Know and apply the data protection laws when and where relevant.
- Share knowledge and expertise with each one in the team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Diploma degree on business administration, commerce or equivalent from recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field.
- Intensive knowledge of products & services.
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly and pleasing personality
Salary Offer is QAR. 5,000 with incentives based on work performance.
