Quality Control Agent

Job Description

  • Check and validate banking files and reports
  • Conduct regular inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to maintain product integrity and consistency
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in quality control processes
  • Analyze data and generate reports on quality performance metrics
  • Investigate customer complaints and product defects to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Train production staff on quality control procedures and best practices
  • Maintain documentation and records related to quality control activities
  • Keep abreast of industry regulations and best practices in quality control

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • Proven experience in quality control or a related field, preferably in a banking environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Advanced computer abilities, including database management
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
