Loyalty Associate

Job Description

  • Responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize customer retention, engagement, and satisfaction
  • Manage all aspects of the loyalty program, including membership acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies
  • Build strong relationships with customers by delivering personalized experiences, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns to incentivize customer participation, drive incremental sales, and promote program awareness
  • Utilize data analytics tools to monitor program performance, identify trends, and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align loyalty program initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution
  • Communicate program updates, promotions, and benefits to internal stakeholders and provide training as needed to frontline staff
  • Gather customer feedback through various channels and utilize insights to refine program offerings and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation within the loyalty space


  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to derive actionable insights and measure program effectiveness
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and build positive relationships with colleagues at all levels
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in program execution and adherence to brand standards
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and optimize program performance


  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or any related field
  • Previous exposure to proof reading and validating documents for marketing campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Minimum 2 years experience with an Admin & Operations background
  • Exhibits a proactive and optimistic attitude
  • Possesses intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
