Responsibilities:

  • To achieve financial or no-financial sales targets of all assigned products.
  • Understand customer’s requirement and advise solutions based on the policies and guideline set by the Bank.
  • Meet customer expectations by providing complete information and providing accurate & timely feedback.
  • Acquire new to bank customer- Enterprise accounts.
  • Acquire new business relationships (employer/ organizations) and explore associated opportunities.
  • Present banking products and services to potential SME companies.
  • Provide quality service to SME companies at their doorstep.
  • Cross sell/Up sell- Credit cards, loans, vehicle loans, and other assigned products to new/ existing customers.

Skills Required:

  1. Good communication skills
  2. Good convincing skills
  3. Good MS office skills
  4. Experience of working in a bank would be an added advantage
