Responsibilities:
- To achieve financial or no-financial sales targets of all assigned products.
- Understand customer’s requirement and advise solutions based on the policies and guideline set by the Bank.
- Meet customer expectations by providing complete information and providing accurate & timely feedback.
- Acquire new to bank customer- Enterprise accounts.
- Acquire new business relationships (employer/ organizations) and explore associated opportunities.
- Present banking products and services to potential SME companies.
- Provide quality service to SME companies at their doorstep.
- Cross sell/Up sell- Credit cards, loans, vehicle loans, and other assigned products to new/ existing customers.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills
- Good convincing skills
- Good MS office skills
- Experience of working in a bank would be an added advantage
