Job Description

  • To support routine administrative activities including agendas, telephone and written correspondence, and preparing various documents
  • To systematically register, file, and dispatch documents to concerned departments
  • To schedule meetings, follow up on attendance, and prepare minutes

Qualifications

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related fields.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in administration, preferably in the healthcare industry

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written skills in Arabic and English are required.
  • Must have working knowledge of logistic software systems (ERP) and database software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, word processing
