Job Title: Direct Sales Agent (DSA)

DIRECT SALES AGENT is responsible for the sales of different financial products: Credit Cards, Mortgage Loans, Vehicle Loans, Personal Loans, others as directed by the bank.
Job holders will be responsible for acquiring new to bank customers and providing them relationship banking services by cross selling.
Candidates with previous banking sales experience will consider as high priority.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and understand the need of the Customer.
- Ensure Customer profile falls within focus segment as directed by the bank.
- Sell the banks products proactively to new/prospective customers.
- Obtain relevant documents on all bank products sold.
- Ensure timely submission of weekly sales activity reports to Direct Sales Manager.
- Participate in weekly/monthly sales performance review meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, budget achievements and cross-sell referrals.
- Cross-sell opportunities identified should be refer to the Direct Sales Manager/Head.
- Ensure accuracy of all bank forms and documents executed by the Customer.
- Ensure timely processing of all initiated customer transactions, with specific emphasis on assigned area to cover.
- Update call memo on a daily basis.
- Achieve sales target.
- Participate in tactical sales/marketing activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- University/Bachelor graduate in any relevant discipline.
- Experience in business-to-consumer marketing environment in the Banking Industry is preferred.
- Candidates must be sales driven and possess excellent communication skills.
- A minimum of two years’ work experience is mandatory.
- A valid Qatar Driving license is an advantage.
- Arabic language is required.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
SALARY OFFER: QAR 6,500 – 8,000 (depends on project)
