Qualifications

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • 2 years of experience in customer service is required, and knowledge of the banking industry is an advantage.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills in English and Arabic are mandatory, with preference for Qatari/Khaleeji accent.
  • Must have expertise with Microsoft Excel and Word
