Job Description

  • To design, implement, and coordinate compensation programs and provide other analytical support as required
  • To process salary requests, Employee Change Requests, Medical & Life Insurance, tax assistance and protection program
  • To ensure e-files are updated timely and accurately

Qualifications

  • Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a quantitative science-based discipline.
  • Min. 3 years of experience with a similar role in a compensation and rewards function

Skills

  • Demonstrate an understanding of quantitative, analytical and statistical analysis
  • Knowledge of contemporary job design, evaluation and grading frameworks is needed.
  • Should possess good interpersonal skills and a sense of confidentiality
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Fluency in verbal, written English is required.
