Job Description
- Expertise in scaling-up and optimizing website/online platform from automation, functionality & design perspective, that drive an enhance visitors experience.
- Enhance users ’experience, categorized as follow, and each will have different experience ((Visitors, applicants, admin, evaluators, Juries, Ambassadors & Volunteers).
- Knowledge on CMS and its reporting.
- Expertise in communicating and collaborating with the back-end developers/experts.
- A profound understanding of stack workflow.
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Good knowledge of Macromedia suite, Adobe suite, Content Management Systems and W3C Web standards, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
- Proficient in HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, firewalls (functionality and maintenance), Access, mySQL and JavaScript.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Ability to introduce Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Can design automated reporting systems that efficiently display data insights.
- Develop a full comprehensive scope of work, at a low-level detail.
- Gather and document website requirements
- Translate business and user needs into comprehensive project plans including objectives, timeline, deliverables, budget and quality standards
- Provide guidance for the website functionality and information architecture
- Engage internal and external stakeholders in the design and launch of the project milestones.
- Independently manage the design and launch of the project milestones.
- Monitor project status and ensure project deliverables meet the stakeholders needs.
- Identify and resolve delivery issues in accurate and timely manner.
- Analyze potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Develop best practices to ensure high quality and on-time project deliverable.
- Ensure compliance of best practices and policies in the project design and development.
Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification: BS degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in identifying business requirements and user needs
- Expertise in translating business and user needs into comprehensive project plans including objectives, timeline, deliverable, budget and quality standards
- Expertise in defining web design and development workflows
- Knowledge of current graphic and web design trends
- Experience in information architecture design and low fidelity prototyping
- Good understanding of front-end and back-end web technologies
- Familiarity with data analytics, consumer insights and market intelligence
- Familiarity with major web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Hotjar
- Good verbal and visual communication skills to present and explain insights
- Attention to detail and accuracy
