- Ability to write and review the Job description & should be Competent in Mapping & analysis.
- Highly organized for planning, Implementing, and reviewing initiatives in training.
- Critical, and detail-oriented for helping businesses – identify, assess, and prioritize their learning objectives based on competencies analysis.
- Good experience and knowledge in training at corporate level & Ability to instruct and work in coordination with others.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Preferred Candidates with QID (Completed one year) + NOC or Family Sponsorship.
