  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product.
  • Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs.
  • Record the customer’s personal information accurately.

    Job Requirements

    1. At least 2 years of working experience as a Call Center Agent.
    2. Having experience in Telesales or Sales will be preferred.
    3. Proficient English communication skills.
    4. Skillful in all MS Office tools.
    5. Candidates with Transferable or Family Visa will be preferred.
    6. Can start working immediately.
