- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product.
- Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs.
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately.
- At least 2 years of working experience as a Call Center Agent.
- Having experience in Telesales or Sales will be preferred.
- Proficient English communication skills.
- Skillful in all MS Office tools.
- Candidates with Transferable or Family Visa will be preferred.
- Can start working immediately.
