- Build long-term relationships with clients and cross-selling them our products and services.
- Reach out to potential customers to generate new business.
- Sell financial products (credit and debit cards, CDs, Insurance, personal loans, business loans) and open deposit accounts.
- Assist customers in managing their bank accounts and finances.
- Advise customers on bank services for their needs (e.g. loans and credit cards).
- Manage customer bank accounts; open, close and oversee transactions.
- Perform administrative duties (e.g. entering data into banking software).
- Proven experience with sales in the Banking Industry is a must.
- Skillful in all MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work diligently to meet targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
