Requirements
- Conduct scheduled visual inspections in Apartments, prepare reports & send to corresponding service provider.
- Conduct daily walk through visits in common areas & Service rooms and prepare reports.
- Assist property coordinators in getting maintenance related issues & report to corresponding service provider
- Minimum 5 years of experience as building officer / Inspectors/ technical assistant.
- Preferred Candidates with Transferable Visa.
