Job Responsibilities :
- Helping all departments and staff on a daily basis.
- Managing office supplies.
- Registering and welcoming visitors, answering and transferring the incoming calls, collecting letters.
- Copying, printing and scanning documents.
- Subscribing annual newspapers and distributing newspapers on a daily basis.
- Any other tasks which may be reasonably required within the definition of general administration.
Preference:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred Europe or Eastern Europe Nationalities , good English, pure accent.
- Candidates on Family Sponsorship.
