We are currently in need of a Press Relations professional with the above qualifications:
– More than 10 years of relevant copywriting or journalistic experience
– Demonstrating a strong command of written Arabic and working knowledge of English languages.
– Proven experience as public relations executive or similar role
– Proven experience in coordinating and managing effective PR campaigns through various channels
– Solid knowledge of social media
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
Job Scope:
- Devise creative public relations campaigns
- Understanding communication briefs and generate unique concepts, writing long copies in Arabic and English for various communication mediums (press releases, speeches, brochures and reports, corporate website etc.)
- Develop a selected concept into a text form to produce powerful and persuasive communication messages and content in various media.
- Proofread and ensure all text produced is word perfect, and review all the written material for accuracy in grammar and spellings.
- Arrange for interviews or public speaking events and construct press releases
- Coordinate PR events
- Analyze results of PR campaigns or efforts and prepare reports
- Manage media relations and requests
- Present solutions in times of PR crisis
