Job Description
Applicant must have experience in the following areas:
- Mounting/demounting the network and IT equipment.
- Perform wired and wireless site surveys and collect the required information to generate the desired output.
- Prepares a variety of written materials (e.g., SOT, hardware inventory, etc.) to document activities, providing a written reference, and conveying information.
- Attends meetings as assigned to convey and to gather information required to perform functions.
- Undertaking passive and cabling fault investigations in copper and fiber environments, using information from multiple sources.
- Generate wireless heat maps and wireless reports.
- To install fiber optics connections and networks.
- To test the coverage of wireless systems and location-based services.
- To collect the required vendor/customer qualifications.
- To track the hardware inventory for the installed and collected items.
- Provide the support of replacement the defected network parts/devices.
- Provide the required remote sessions for the remote support engineers.
Job Requirements
- 2 : 5 years field experience
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills
