Job Description
- To maintain paper-based and digital filing systems, and ensure all relevant records are correctly stored
- To assist in planning and preparing meetings, conferences, and conference calls
- To receive, direct, and relay telephone and e-mail correspondence
Qualifications
- Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or other relevant fields.
- Min. 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is an advantage.
Skills
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills are necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic document control
- Possess strong sense of confidentiality, ability to meet tight deadlines
